Are you Happy?

Hello Gaia Community: today I was talking with a friend of mine and out of nowhere we started asking ourselves if we were happy.
Believe it or not, my mind got boggled and I couldn't give a concrete and concise answer to this simple question.
After all this confusion and mind-debating at least I got to the conclusion that happiness is in the eye of the beholder.
For me right now, happiness is my daughter, my wife and of course my dearest friend God.
What's happiness for you?

My first answer was “Of course I'm happy” and the second answer is of course qualified. I am happy and I'm not happy. There are so many sides to us as humans. What seems more important is that state which is beyond happiness and unhappiness. It's the state of “what is”. thank you for asking this!
